The singer also thanked fans for supporting the release of ‘Who You Are’, the fifth single to be taken from her debut album of the same name.
Jessie J confirmed earlier this month she has begun working on her second album and is hoping to continue touring well into 2012.

Incredible performance. Just incredible.
As a vocal coach, I was very much on the fence about this last night, because her pitching was really off in parts. Maybe it was down to her emotional involvement though, which leads us to the question: How much control can I lose as a singer before my vocal performance actually starts to suffer (which is an interesting one). I think she has a great voice, but I am not particularly keen on her frequent over-singing – sometimes less is more.
That’s a good question, Petra. And my first experience watching her sing
I had those thoughts about over singing and intonation. It turned me
off for a while until I could just listen to her passion as part of the
art. Some people are controlled and some are intentionally sloppy as
part of their art… Neoclassical Victorian painters vs Pollock?
I’m glad you are thinking critically though. This is a big world and to be epic, you must be very intentional and smart about how you develop your singing career. What kind of singing do you do?
Thanks for the comment. Best wishes to you!
Great live performance! So much emotion was expressed! She definitely inspires ME to want to practice and sing more!
Preston! Get out there and sing, man! You are way too talented not to. I hope you pursue opportunities or make some for yourself to sing. Thanks for leaving a comment!
